The Lord is with us!
The Lord be with us!
Immanuel is our strength and our song!
Our foes cannot defeat us, His mighty arm will lift and protect us!
His delight is in our humility and willingness to do his will.
From the depths of our despair, he will make us to conquer
He reigns over the heavens and earth!
We are not left alone - we shall not fear
Our doubts are washed away in Him, and we desire only to love and serve the Living God -
The God of Israel, the God of Isaac and of Abraham!
Shout his praises forever!
Glory be to his name, Everlasting!
He is our joy, our comfort, our Prince and King of Peace.
In him our joy is full to overflowing.
There is no darkness to reign where He is.
His kingdom is full of light and glory that we cannot yet comprehend
So we hope
We walk by faith
And his Spirit is our guide in the wilderness
He is in our front and our rearward.
He will not leave us lonely
His cloud is his presence. He is with us always.
If we call on his holy name.
He will hear and attend through the power of his Spirit.
His love cannot be stayed from the righteous who covenant with him and the sinner who repents and returns to him.
He is Hope. He is full of Faith. He is Pure Love.
Charity is his name.
In him we are made free.
From bondage in the flesh. From the shackles that subdue our spirits.
He is with us!
God be with us!
In him we will have peace.
In him we will have joy.
Praise his name forevermore.
